Membership terms.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Bodacious Club Ltd for the Bodacious Club transformation programme bought on bodacious.club. Please read them before you pay and keep a copy — you can save or print this page, and we will email you a copy on request. They contain important information about your right to cancel (section 7), our results guarantee (section 11) and our responsibility to you (section 16).

1. About us and how to contact us

We are Bodacious Club Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15963213, with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. “Bodacious”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Bodacious Club Ltd; “you” means the person buying the programme.

Contact us at fithappens@bodacious.club or by post at our registered office. We aim to reply to emails within two working days. If we need to contact you, we will use the email address of the Google or Apple account you joined with.

2. Who can join

3. What the programme includes

For 12 weeks, the programme provides:

We provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. We may improve or change features from time to time, provided the programme stays substantially as described; if a change would make it materially worse for you, section 17 applies. The iPhone app needs a compatible iPhone and the web app a current browser; both need an internet connection.

4. Price and payment

5. How you buy, and when the programme starts

  1. You sign in with Google or Apple, complete the health check and confirm these terms.
  2. On Stripe’s secure checkout you review your order and can correct your details before you pay. Your order is an offer to buy the programme.
  3. The contract starts when your payment is confirmed and we show you the confirmation page. We email you a confirmation of your order, and you can save or print these terms, including the cancellation form at the end, at any time.

At checkout you ask us to start your programme straight away, within your 14 days to change your mind (section 7). Your programme starts on the day your payment is confirmed and you have access for 12 weeks from that day, plus a 7-day buffer to finish your final week. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because of a pricing error or because the health check result has changed), we will tell you and refund you in full.

6. Your smart scale

7. Your right to cancel

You can change your mind within 14 days of the day your smart scale is delivered (or, if we aren’t delivering a scale to you, within 14 days of the day you buy), without giving a reason, and we refund everything you paid. Just tell us before the 14 days are up, by email to fithappens@bodacious.club or by post. You can use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you don’t have to.

After the 14 days

After the 14 days, we don’t offer refunds because you have changed your mind. This doesn’t affect your rights if something goes wrong with the programme or the scale (section 16), if you become medically unable to continue (we will refund the full weeks remaining on a doctor’s note), or if we end the contract (section 15).

8. Your health and safety

9. AI coaching

10. What we ask of you

The programme works when you stay in touch. We ask you to give us honest information, take part in your strategy conversations, record your training, food and weigh-ins as agreed, and tell us when life gets in the way — we will adapt around it. We don’t expect perfection. You must not misuse the service: no attempts to break, copy, resell or reverse-engineer our apps, no abuse of our team, and no use that breaks the law.

11. The results guarantee

At the start of your programme you agree your main goal with us and we record your starting measurements. The Bodacious Standard, published on our website, sets out two things for that goal: the commitments we ask of you (for example, training sessions, food logging, weigh-ins, scans and calls, each with allowances for missed days), and the minimum result (“outcome floor”) we hold ourselves to over 12 weeks. The version published on the day you buy applies to you, and the outcome floor for your goal is written down before your first week.

The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.

12. Continuing after 12 weeks

Near the end of your programme we may offer a further 12 weeks. That is a new, separate purchase that you choose to make; it never starts or charges you automatically. The same cancellation rights apply to it, counted from the day you buy it.

13. Rewards and competitions

You earn Gains for programme activity and move through levels and titles. Gains and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be adjusted if they were earned in error or by misuse. We may change rewards, giving notice of material changes. Any competition with prizes runs only under its own published rules — see rewards and competitions.

14. Our apps and content

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Bodacious apps and content during your membership. Everything we provide — software, programmes, text, audio and design — belongs to us or our licensors. The information you add stays yours; you allow us to use it to provide and improve your programme, as our privacy notice describes. iPhone app use is also subject to Apple’s standard terms.

15. If we end your membership

We may suspend or end your membership if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example, abuse of our team, sharing your account or deliberately false health information), or if continuing would put your safety at risk. We will explain why and, unless you acted fraudulently, refund the full weeks remaining. If we stop providing the programme for any other reason, we will give you as much notice as we can and refund the full weeks remaining.

16. Our responsibility to you

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our services or how we run our business. The version you accepted applies to your current programme unless a change is required by law or is in your favour. If we need to make a change that would make your programme materially worse, we will tell you in advance and you may end the contract and receive a refund for the full weeks remaining.

18. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at a supplier we depend on. If that happens we will tell you, keep the effect as small as we can, and extend your programme by any time you lose. If it continues for more than 30 days, you may end the contract for a refund of the full weeks remaining.

19. Complaints and disputes
