Consumer health data policy.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This policy explains how Bodacious Club Ltd collects, uses and shares “consumer health data”, as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada law and similar state laws. It supplements our privacy notice.

Consumer health data we collect

Where it comes from

From you, directly; from your smart scale and our apps as you use them; and, only if you connect it in the iPhone app, from Apple Health.

Why we collect and use it

To check the programme is safe for you, to build and adapt your training and nutrition, to provide AI and human coaching, to measure your progress and assess the guarantee, and to keep our service secure. We collect it only with your consent, given on the health check, and use it only for these purposes.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with processors that help us provide the programme, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions:

We have no affiliates that receive it. We do not sell consumer health data, share it for advertising, or share it with any other third party without your separate consent. We do not use geofencing around health facilities.

Your rights

You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; to access it, including a list of everyone we have shared it with and their contact details; to withdraw your consent; and to have it deleted. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights, although we cannot safely provide the programme without health information, so withdrawing consent ends your membership with a refund of the full weeks remaining.

To make a request, email fithappens@bodacious.club from the address of your account, so we can verify it is you. We respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; we respond to appeals within 45 days and, if we deny the appeal, tell you how to contact your state Attorney General.
